Can i get anyone who can advise regarding the land property?

A and B are husband and wife..

They had 3 sons C,D,E and 3 daughters F,G,H..

C has 2 sons I and J, and 1 daughter K. [ Elder in family ]

D has 1 daughter L

E has 1 son M

and F,G, and H also has children...

Who has real right of inheritance in the property of A and B after thier death?

is it varies if the property belongs to the either A or B?

If B got its property from their parents, does she have rights to give to any one based one her likes?

If it is derived from A's ancestors, who will have the right on it after their life time?

If it has been given to E / M , without concent of I %26amp; J but concent of C, does I can appeal for that property?

Could some one please help me to find the right answers for the above queries as per Indian law

Thanks in advance

Indian law is specialist.

My understanding is that it goes to the sons, and not the daughters (unless there are no sons).

However I might be wrong, but I suspect your question is troll-ish.
Reply:The daughters are expected to be married and move to live at the husband's birth place; so the daughters will receive transferable assets to father develop themselves in their marriages. Then sons are expected to inherit the Land.

It would only be unfair if the draughts received to much or to less, just as it would be unfair if the sons received the land and did nothing about the sisters departure off the property.
